International Culinary Arts: The Role of Thai Cuisine

 

Suan Dusit Rajabhat University ( Bangkok, Thailand ) proudly invite you to an international conference in culinary arts, focusing on the Role of Thai Cuisine, which provides a knowledge and experience space for professionals, and inspired persons to present, share and discuss about Thai cooking. This conference includes demonstration, workshop, and poster sessions.


 
 

 

 
 
To be held in Bangkok very soon this conference aims to promote Thai cuisine and provide great opportunities for those who fancy Thai cooking; professionals (entrepreneurs, restaurant personnel, chefs, nutritionists), including non-professionals in Thai cooking are welcome to explore skills, exchange practical ideas, and experience authentic Thai cuisine in hands-on demonstration and workshop.

Speakers include some of European cooking expertises from the César Ritz Colleges, Switzerland, welknow nutritionist from Japan, Thai famous restaurant owners, and academics in Thai cuisine. Professionals and authors are invited to submit paper for the presentation, demonstration, or workshop including posters in any aspect of Thai cuisine in the country and abroad.
